- I am pleased to introduce myself. My name is Saswata Bandyopadhyay (AKA Bandy) I am an actor new to the city. I grew up in Jersey City and just graduated from the New Jersey City University. I’m originally from India so I don’t get stressed out; we are the most relaxed people. I do, however, take my work very seriously and am always a strong team player. I am a photographer. Where I can use my educational background in photography and video production.
I also enjoy writing, taking pictures, I was Tower Yearbook Editor –n-chief when I was in NJCU student, I Participated of College Leadership of New Jersey, and I nominated in who’s who award. In addition I have worked in a movie called "Cunnigula" (Nathingman Production) as Still Photographer, also in Grips. Recently I have finished movie called "Kbose" Written, Directed by me. Currently I try to bring life some shot stories of Shukumer Roy, father of Satyajit Roy. Currently, I am participating in a Hollywood movie called "Overcrowded" as an actor. I been participated into academics challenges and received lot of certificates and prizes. Like: Who’s who (American Universities & colleges), Indian Cultural Appreciation Award, Holi show Award, College Leadership New Jersey Awards, Editor Choice Award
My bubbly opens minded, outgoing behavior I always standout in public. Who ever meets me remember me for long time. To be open minded and learned form reality activity around us. I like to be in a show where I am the show. So, let me tell you here, that I am an eager and professional actor who is always ready to learn new things in life, with a great smile and sense of play and adventure. As crew, I can do Prop, location scouting, boom operator, best boy, grips for work on the set of a movie, film, TV show, or video production. I have recently spent a good deal of time in doing films On Camera. I did a lead role for the film The Scandalous Life as I love the community has spirited artists that I work with on a regular basis. Singing: Folk Sports: Badminton, Bowling, Cricket, Football, Hiking, Soccer, Swimming, Yoga, Ping-Pong Voice: Baritone Musical Instruments: Keyboard Language: English, Hindi, Sanskrit Accents: Indian (east) Additional: Hosting, Magic, Painting, Puppeteer, Voice Characterizations.
